When a payment for fees is made to TaxBrain, a portion of that amount is reserved for payment to the professional(s) who is/are assigned to serve your needs. These professionals are paid at different rates as per their experience, expertise, work hours spent and nature of work. Refund cannot be provided for fees that have already been paid to the professionals because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature.
Also, we can’t refund any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties whom the payment is made on client’s behalf. Under any circumstance, TaxBrain shall be liable to refund only upto the fee paid by the client.
In case of failure to perform our duty or provide a service in specified time you may ask for a full refund. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. Refunds are credited back to source account within 5-7 business days. For instant refunds you may be charged RS 10 by the payment gateway Razorpay.
Refund issue request has to be made within 7-day from the date of order. After 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our clients to try the service in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
